"The Apart Iris" in Längenfeld

According to the motto "Ski in - Bike out" - our cozy apartment house Iris is located in Längenfeld in the Lehner Au in the middle of the Ötztal.

With our apartments, we offer our guests acozy and beautiful home that inspires with its location: in winter at the gates of the ski area in Sölden and directly at the cross-country ski runs of Längenfeld and in the middle of it all in the hiking and biking paradise of Ötztal.

With us it is pleasantly quiet, yet close to the center. Where nothing disturbs the magic of nature, vacation is a wonderful adventure and experience in every season.
In winter, “Längenfeld” shines bright white in the middle of the Ötztal Alps surrounded by a few 3000m peaks and delights its guests with extensive cross-country trails (40 kilometers) and being in close proximity to the best ski areas in the Ötztal Sölden and Obergurgl. Since 2020 there is the "Ötztal Superskipass*"

which gives winter sports enthusiasts the opportunity to experience the concentrated power of the Ötztal in one ski pass. 361 kilometers of slopes, 90 lifts and 6 ski areas - with the Ötztal Superskipass* you have freetravel on all slopes in the valley. The well-known ski destinations Sölden and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl as well as the family-friendly regions in Hochoetz-Kühtai, Niederthai, Gries and Vent are included. (valid from the purchase of a 3 day ski pass in the period from November 14th, 2019 to April 26th, 2020)

In summer an almost unlimited selection of sports and leisure activities awaits you, including 114 km of running trails, 80 km of mountain bike trails, 150 km of hiking trails and the most fascinating thermal spa complex in Tyrol, the “Aqua Dom”.

However, Längenfeld's range of motion is not yet exhausted. In addition to the running offer, 2 via ferratas, 200 routes in climbing gardens, 7 signposted mountain bike trails with 80 km of routes and the unique hiking offer with 17 huts and alpine pastures provide active entertainment. A separate Nordic Fitness Park in Huben was licensed by the Austrian Nordic Walking Association and awarded the Park Seal of Approval.

This is your key to all the highlights in the valley, which you will receive directly from us on the second day of your holiday (excluding arrival). These include free admission to all summer mountain railways, free use of Ötztal local transport, free admission to almost all museums, as well as many discounts in the hotspots of the Ötztal (e.g. Aqua Dom, Area 47, James Bond Museum, etc. If you would like to go on further excursions, we have a few tips ready for you.
